5. Payments
Certain services may require payment. Applicable fees, taxes, and payment terms will be communicated at the relevant time. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, payments made for services already rendered are non-refundable.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sadanika, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
